Senior Analyst M&A:
The figure will be responsible for the following activities:
- Simulation, structuring and implementation of M&A transactions;
- Participation in the development of evaluation models of companies;
- Preparation of information memorandum and pitch;
- Managing the relationship with customer and counterparties.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A advisory companies, Big4 Transaction Services / Valuation division, Corporate Finace Boutique, Private Equity Funds, SGR;
- Requested high operative autonomy, critical thinking and initiative, attitude to the assumption of increasing responsibilities;
- Msc Degree in Finance and excellent academic path;
- Fluent English and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
M&A Specialist:
The figure will be responsible for:
- Supporting and coordinating the other resources during the due diligence process;
- Quantitative evaluate companies and business units;
- Supporting the creation of info-memorandum and pitch
- Supporting the definition of deals structure
- Perform critical analysis of DD results.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Msc Degree in Finance
- Proven previous experience of at least 5-10 years in similar position in a multinational consulting firm;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- In-depth knowledge of due diligence process;
- Excellent knowledge of financial models for investment;
- Available to frequent nationally and internationally travels.
Stage – Junior M&A Specialist
The candidate must have the following requirements:
- Msc Degree (or graduating student) in Economics, preferably in Accounting / Corporate Finance/ Controls.
- Balance sheet analysis, market analysis, accounting, knowledge of the main business valuation methods, and high degree of autonomy in their application.
- Constitutes preferential title a previous internship experience in business valuation projects, M&A, corporate finance departments in investment banks or major financial institutions, private equity funds or Corporate Finance divisions in consulting company.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.
The candidate will support senior members in all activities of M&A deals origination, due diligence and implementation.
